I deliberately waited more than a year before writing a letter of recommendation so that I could cover the support aspect of what you have done for us. I think that is as important to your clients as what you do before installation.
As technical director for Huntersville United Methodist Church, I began working with Signature Sight & Sound in early 2007 as the church began a construction project to relocate to a new facility. Signature Sight & Sound was contracted to do the audio/video/stage lighting design and installation for the project.
Throughout the project, the company's representatives proved themselves more than capable for the task. They were of great assistance to me in completing our requirements definition for the design phase. They came up with a system design for all aspects that surpassed the requirements thereby giving more room for growth, while keeping the system cost below budget.
Their installation services were of the highest quality, with all components interfaced and tested thoroughly well before our due date. Thanks to Signature Sight & Sound services, the audio/video/stage lighting systems were the only aspect of the relocation project to come in both exceeding expectations for capability and under budget for cost.
However, even with all that the company did for us prior to the move to the new facility, I have been most impressed with their service after the move. They have been quick to address every problem or question we have raised in the year since the church began using the new facility. Their representatives have offered expert advice on use of the system components and help in trouble shooting our self-inflicted problems.
